What to bring
We’ll send specific guidance before your retreat, but generally:
• Comfortable clothing
• Layers for coastal weather
• A favourite blanket or wrap
• Anything you personally need to feel at ease
Yoga mats or specialist equipment are provided where relevant, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Pace & participation
All retreats have a gentle structure, but nothing is compulsory.
You’re always welcome to:
• Step out of an activity
• Rest instead of joining in
• Spend quiet time on your own
This is your time.
Booking & payments
Booking details vary depending on the retreat:
• Day retreats are booked via Eventbrite
• Weekend and bespoke retreats are reserved directly, usually with a deposit
Full details are shared on each retreat page.
